As an industrial coatings contractor, Pen
Gulf's work activity includes both maintenance and construction related
projects. Through maintenance contracts, Pen Gulf provides
valuable site corrosion prevention and systematically provides the
client with a comprehensive painting program that fulfills all
coatings needs. Pen Gulf employees are trained and certified to
sandblast, pressure wash and prepare surfaces to paint to ensure a long
lasting and professional appearance. As an asbestos
abatement, lead abatement and insulation contractor, Pen Gulf
provides the client with timely and efficient work that enhances project
success while maintaining strict compliance with EPA, OSHA and state
regulations.
In addition to coatings and insulation projects, Pen Gulf provides
other multi-craft services. These include tank linings, protective
floor coatings, hydroblasting, vacuum truck operations, mechanical
services and labor intensive work. Many companies have found it
advantageous to extend the contracted services to cover these areas
rather than employ additional contract personnel.
Pen Gulf employs a work force of approx-
imately 200 core
employees. Additional temporary crews are employed for jobs that
are temporary in nature. These include short term construction,
shutdowns and outages.
Pen Gulf is a 100% drug free company. All employees are
drug-screen tested upon hire and randomly tested periodically to assure
the client that those employees on site are drug free.
