bulletNancy Cox, President and CEO,  received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Arkansas in 1966 and her Master's Degree from the University of West Florida in 1984.  She has been Vice President of Pen Gulf since 1982 and assumed leadership in 1995.
bulletDavid Dorman, Executive Vice President, has over 25 years experience working for Pen Gulf.  He is familiar with all aspects of heavy industrial painting.
bulletChristopher Cox, Vice President, received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Chicago.  He has worked with Pen Gulf since 1995 and is N.A.C.E. certified.
bulletLarry Jeffery, Project Manager, has over 24 years of industrial coatings experience and supervises all Time and Material projects.
bulletRussell Shelton, Corporate Safety and Business Development, has 25 years experience in construction safety and business development.  He is a certified OSHA training instructor, a certified safety professional and holds certified lead and asbestos credentials.
bulletWayne Watson, Insulation Superintendent, has 28 years experience in insulation and  supervises all insulation projects.
bulletGary Wade, Comptroller, has over 15 years experience in accounting and oversees financial operations.  He received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of West Florida in 1987 and his CPA Certificate from Georgia in 1995.
bulletLynda Lyon Taite, Corporate Secretary, manages payroll, human resources and taxes.
bulletConnie Slaughter, Accounts Receivable, manages invoices, receivables and purchasing.
bulletMichele Hayes, Accounts Payable, has experience in both government and private bookkeeping and manages payables. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Stetson University in 1983 and her CompTIA A+ certification in 2003.
